The Journey

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Chef Brianna has spent the past 17 years exploring the world and honing her culinary talents as a professional traveling Chef. She has prepared a variety of delicious cuisines in numerous beautiful and unique locations. To name a few, Brianna has worked as a Chef at a private invitation-only resort in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate NY, Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park CA, Phantom Ranch Resort at the Bottom of the Grand Canyon in AZ for two years, Kennicott Glacier Lodge in Alaska, Deer Valley Ski Resort in Park City Utah home of the Sundance Film Festival, Otterbar Lodge & Whitewater Kayaking School in California, on Palmyra Atoll where she worked as a Chef for the Nature Conservancy cooking for shark scientists and wealthy donors to the organization, on a deep water oil drill ship in the Gulf of Mexico 200 miles off the coast of Louisiana, on an adventure-themed cruise ship in Alaska, as a Sous Chef on a 62 meter private luxury superyacht sailing the Mediterranean and Atlantic, at the iconic Ahwahnee Hotel in pristine Yosemite National Park and later in the Yosemite High Country Camps cooking at 10,000+ ft elevation. She was also Head Chef at the exclusive 7D Ranch in Sunlight Basin Wyoming, Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico, and at Brasserie Ten Ten Restaurant in downtown Boulder CO. Brianna is constantly developing her lifelong craft and is always exploring new flavors, techniques, and ethnic cuisines and specializes in catering to the desires and dietary needs of her guests. In addition to her passion of making beautiful and nutritious food, Brianna enjoys long-distance hiking, free diving, sailing, playing the violin and guitar, and living well.
